This website is operated by Mouse & Maize. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Mouse & Maize.

By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.

2. Products and Artwork
Mouse & Maize sells original artwork and creative products.

Each artwork is handmade and unique. Small variations, textures, or imperfections may occur and are considered part of the character of the artwork.

We make every effort to display artwork colours accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.

3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

Prices may change at any time without notice.

Applicable taxes or shipping costs will be calculated at checkout where relevant.

4. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability issues.

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued.

5. Payment
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Stripe, or credit card processors.

We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

6. Shipping
Orders will be processed and shipped within a reasonable timeframe, usually 3-5 days.

Shipping times may vary depending on location and shipping provider.

You will receive tracking once your item(s) have been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of original artwork, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

However, if your artwork arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us at mouseandmaize@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery so we can assist. Please provide photographs and a brief description of what has happened, and we will endeavour to fix the issue. A replacement or store credit may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, designs, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Mouse & Maize unless otherwise stated.

Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

9. Website Use
You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes or in a way that may damage, disrupt, or interfere with the website or other users.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mouse & Maize is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.
