At Mouse & Maize, each artwork is created and handled with care. Due to the unique nature of original artwork, refunds are not offered for change of mind.

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at mouseandmaize@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or store credit where appropriate. An outcome will be decided on a case-by-case basis between Mouse & Maize and the customer.

Lost Items
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the issue with the shipping carrier.

Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
